Albums

Toto's discography consists of 13 studio albums and four live albums. There are also a few compilations. Toto has released original music as well as collaborated with other artists on soundtracks and films. The band has won multiple Grammy Awards for their work.

Before Toto was formed The members of the band performed session work for other musicians. Drummer Jeff Porcaro, bassist David Hungate and keyboardist David Paich (the son of session drummer Marty Paich and brother of guitarist Joe Porcaro) played on Boz Scaggs' 1975 album Silk Degrees. The group's collaboration led to formation of Toto in the year 1976.
